You and your dependents are eligible for the City of Fort Wayne's benefit package. Coverage begins on the 31st day of employment. Elections made now will remain in effect until the next Open Enrollment, unless you or your family members experience a qualifying event.
Benefits Educators are available to provide additional information on the voluntary products from UNUM including Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity plans as well as the Whole Life option with Atlantic American.
